Eblen Production: Since the age of ten years old, I have been interested in sound. Originally recording into the built in microphone on my PC; I eventually moved on to building a studio in my garage, walls and all. I am a self-taught guitarist, bassist, and drummer, and I have dabbled in many other instruments. My background in music gives me an invaluable perspective in the production industry. With the PC microphone, I recorded strange noises and messed around with simple effects; in the studio, I recorded my band as well as any other local musicians who wanted free recording and didn't mind their music being experimented on. I was driven to learn as much as I could about the equipment and the process before I ever even thought about it as a career. When I graduated with my Associates in Arts degree from Windward Community College, I was forced to think about career goals. That was when I realized that audio production was something that I would love, and that I already had experience at. I have been steadily increasing my knowledge and talent in production since I began pursuing a degree in the field, and plan to continue learning and bettering myself as I progress through my career after school.
